Max ram supported for upgrade

I would like to know the maximum supported ram for the two laptop. On the page of HP it isn't specified. They are both 8gb of ram (ddr3l for 15-ba006nl and ddr4 for 15-ay008nl) but the max ram supported for a future upgrade is not present. Maybe it is only 8gb and can't be upgraded? Thank you.

For the 15-ay008nl, chapter 1, page 6 of the service manual provides the memory upgrade info.

Your notebook has a 6th gen core processor, so the max is 2 x 8 GB.

For the 15-ba006nl, chapter 1, pages 2 and 3 of the service manual provides the memory upgrade info.

Your notebook has an AMD A-8 processor, so the max is 2 x 8 GB.

Thank you Paul. Another question: do you think the 15-bq006nl can be a sufficient laptop for basical video and photo editing? Configuration is A8 7410, 8gb Ram and vga R5 M430 2gb. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to answer your question regarding that notebook's capability with reference to video and photo editing.  I don't do either so I don't know what kind of system resources they require.
