Please, help, how the memory of this laptop can be upgraded? Does it support 8 or even 16 Gb?
It uses now DDR3 SDRAM 4 GB.
What exactly can be suitable and which to buy?
HP 15 Notebook PC 15-g023sr
Product Number: J5A58EA#ACB
Serial number: (removed content)
Have not found the exact information yet
Thank you very much for helping!

See pages 1-2 of the Manual here:
Says it has one user-accessible memory slot and takes up to 8 gigs of DDR3L-1600 which will clock down to 1333 speed.
See pages 62 and 65, however. Shows the single memory slot on the back of the motherboard. Requires motherboard removal to access the memory slot.
I think the "customer-accessible" description of the memory is likely a misprint but does give you some cover against a warranty issue if you do the upgrade. Most people pass on it when they see what is involved.
If you decide to go through, here is the 8 gig module you need:
Memory module (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz): 8-GB 693374-005
