HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b069t
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My laptop is HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b069t. I found a unknow device on PCI Express Root Complex (code28) and it's hardware ids is:

 

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
ACPI\HPQ0004
*HPQ0004

 

At the same time, my wifi do not work anymore. The wireless buton (F12) is red. It's normally white. Now I only can use the internet by cable. I don't know how to fix that.

My english is very poor so i may not write it correctly. Please help me.

For the second one, I can't find your machine. HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b069t does not ting any bell. Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2039298-1862169-16

HP Recommended

This is my machine's name: HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14 PC.

The unknow device is ok now, but the wireless still does not work. Wireless button (F12) does not turn to white colour although it can turn airplane mode on, off. Internet icon in the tray is a computer with red x. I can only use internet with cable.

I usded the HP Support Assistant but it show no problem.
