Hello,

I am looking or a battery for my HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC.  Here are the credentials:

Product Number: LL056EA#ABU

Serial Number: 5CH11513ZA

Bought in the United Kingdom

I've the laptop for just over 4 years and the battery is on its last legs.  Hope you can point me in the right direction.

dv6-6051ea is the model number. 

(17) Battery: 9-cell, 100-Whr, 3.00-Ah Li-ion battery 636631-001 6-cell, 62-Whr, 2.80-Ah Li-ion battery 593562-001

 6-cell, 55-Whr, 2.55-Ah Li-ion battery 593554-001

This is the 9-cell genuine HP battery on eBay UK:

The 9 cell bulges out a bit but obviously runs longer.

You are not going to be able to get these direct from HP now so a 3rd party vendor is your only choice. You can also get a "compatible" (not genuine HP) battery but the prices on these real ones are so good I would not recommend that.

The eBay link you sent is for a US vendor and as stated I bought the product in the United Kingdom where I'm based.

That is UK eBay....there were no UK-based vendors. Those US vendors ship to UK free. I do try to pay attention to the question and provide the best available solution.
