HP Recommended

Hi, I have a HP 255G8 that was given to me new. When investigating it’s potential, I found that it’s a stripped down model. No soldered connection for a hard drive, a single slot 124G M.2, a 1.2Gh two core processor, only one ram slot, the other slot wasn’t even soldered in. This thing is light and looks good but it’s a slow dog. What motherboard can I get for it that has all the resources it should have? Two m.2 slots, two ram slots, and at least a quad core?
