Why would everything relating to the order of my laptop show T5K88AV, but then the laptop shows up with T5K66AV stamped on the bottom of the laptop. Interestingly something popped up relating to an IR camera.
How do I know if I received the right laptop?

If you customized some options rather than just buying a "ready to ship" it would have a different product number.

That makes sense. I remember having to contact sales online to ask questions in comparison to another product. They may have fiddled with my order. I just got the laptop today and still getting familiar with it. What be nice if the product ID was the same on the packing list as what is on the laptop. When the HP support site asks for product ID, the one printed on the laptop doesn't work. I have to use the one I ordered.
