Hi,

I have received a message previously from HP saying that instrments for the product are no longer available.

HP thanks the loyalty and offers discount in case I'd like to pgrade my notebook, a voucher code and a link to a website was included where I could shop.

nfortunately I can't find the message anymore and have no idea where to find it or where it is exactly about.

Can you help me finding the information, I am looking forward to upgrade my device if there is a disount available.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Sandor

Unfortunately, there are several different HP-like "scams" going around where folks are getting contacted from outfits PRETENDING to be HP, to con folks into spending money.  I'm not saying this IS one -- I'm just saying these are happening.

We are not authorized to deal with any equipment sale or upgrade issues.  For these, you will need to contact HP Customer Support directly and discuss these issues with them.

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836

Good Luck

I understand.

Thanks anyway, especially for the prompt reply. I'll give a call to the support.
