If i Plugged it but not charging when battery reaches 79% please how can help me to fix it up because i hve to understand please

If this is a new laptop with the Lithium-Ion battery, stopping at 79% is actually a GOOD thing -- because it prolongs the battery life.  Most folks charge these to 100% all the time and that wears out the battery prematurely.
