Hi Team, I really appreciate with the service/quality provide by HP. For which I bought many HP products and suggest to other people to buy HP products. But I bought a HP Laptop as below description: Model No.- g6-2010AXProduct - ##########Serial No. - [Personal Information Removed]
I usually use this laptop in office purpose and never fall/breakdown. But in normal use hinges from both sides broke which made it harder for the laptop to close properly and now the frame is breaking apart. Is there a way I can get replacements before other parts get messed up. Please do ASAP because my office work should effect due to this. Thanks & Regards, Vikas Girdhar [Personal Information Removed]
