Hi, I have HP Pavilion dv6-7024tx Entertainment Notebook PC which has 750GB storage capacity inside in it. I would like to ask expert to know about whether I am able to add some more storage in my notebook.

Hi,
The machine does not have room for a second HDD. You can replace the 750GB to say 1TB or even 2TB but from my observations lager (capacity) will slow machines down a bit even under Windows/File Explorer. For me, 750GB is too much, many my laptops only have 256GB to 500GB. I store photos, monies, songs ,,, on external HDD's and I can easily moving them around.
Anyway, if you wish,
(a) Swap existing HDD with a larger (capacity) HDD and you can simply clone the existing one to new one.
(b) Remove the ODD (Optical Disc Drive - ie CD/DVD drive) and use a caddy to house the second HDD. For example:
http://www.ebay.com.au/bhp/hp-hard-drive-caddy
Regards.
