Hi i recently purchased this laptop and i am seeing what appears to be a thunderblot 3 port so I would like to know if it is. And if it is possible that i could attach a razer core to the laptop.

Hi,
No, it only has the following ports:
2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (HP Sleep and Charge); 1 USB 3.1 (Type-C™); 1 HDMI; 1 headphone/microphone combo

I think you can use USB-C port for the Razer Core graphics with a USB-C to Thunderbold cable with is included with the product.
Regards.
