Then there is a problem with the windows installation or the hardware. More likely hardware. Get into the BIOS (F10 as you power up) and look for a hard drive self-test. You can also check if UEFI diagnostics is installed by tapping F2 as you power up. If so, that will allow you to run diagnostics on most of the components, one at a time. Run all the diagnostics you can and post back. See if it restarts itself if you run the laptop on AC power only and remove the battery. If all the hardware passes we can focus on software.
