Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all

So I just updated to Windows 11 the other day.  After the update, my right fan started making a very noticeable buzzing noise, and the noise got louder if I tilted my laptop

I removed the thermal module to give the fan a clean and apply new thermal paste.  After I did this the problem seemed to disappear - the fan was running but it wasn't making a buzzing noise.  However after about 15 minutes, the buzzing noise started up again.

So my question is:  is there something wrong with the fan?  Will I need to replace it?  It's only the right fan making a buzzing noise - the left one runs fine.

Thanks!
