Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i am interested in upgrading my screen panel in my hp notebook 15-bs042ns. I am wondering if it is possible to install a panel with an FHD resolution without having to change the cable that connects the screen to the motherboard. If i do need to change the cable, then what cable would I need? Thank you in advance.

Thank you four your quick response. I have found out that my notebook uses this cable (924930-001). Do you know if this cable supports an FHD screen? Thank you.
