Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop was stolen. I need to know the serial number. I can't find the box and it was registered long ago so it is no longer in the system. I DID get a recall charger replacement where I put in my serial code. If I can get that info, I'm sure I can get the serial number from it. I have the order number from the warranty replacement.

You would have to contact HP Support directly for that type of information. They may have the serial recorded if you registered the computer.

We do not have access to such data here on the forum as we are a separate service.
