I was on my computer, no issues at all, and put it to sleep for about fifteen minutes by closing it. When I opened the notebook back up, it showed me a screen that had a Windows 10 upgrade option. I tried to select anything, but the screen behind it went black and nothing would happen. I shut down the computer, and when I tried to reboot it, it told me it was Preparing Automatic Repair with an HP logo, but then it wouldn't get any further than that. When I did a System Extensive Test, the result showed that the failure ID was 9CW6S3-7P08KE-MFPWMG-60V503.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you.

OK we did not want to tell you to replace the wrong thing. The hard drive will need to be replaced.
This is the Service Manual:
Pages 41-47 show the procedure. Let us know where you are (country) and we can help find a hard drive that fits your budget and this gives the chance for some significant performance upgrade if you install a solid state drive.
If this is "the Answer" please click "Accept as Solution" to help others find it.
