Product: HP - 17t Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My New Laptop HP 17t if full  "NO  HD SPACE". When I Connect EXTERNAL HDD and try to MOVE  or COPY file to transfer to EXTERNAL  HDD. it says unable to copy files, NO SPACE on laptop  &  free some space.? I do not understand why they do not allow me to transfer to  external HDD .& what to DO? please guide with details.

I understand that you are unable to transfer the files from Laptop to External Hard drive.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please make sure that the external drive has space.

 

If you are copying multiple files. Try to copy the files one by one and check.
