Hello,

 

Just fitted new HDD to a customer laptop.  And Clean install of Win10

 

HP Envy 15 Laptop

Model: 15-ah000na

Part No: M9F50A#ABU

Ser No:  CND52867SJ

 

Usual checks and following all Windows updates I'm left with 5 Unknown Devices as below.  Looked for obvious sources but can't Identify them and find drivers for?  Can anyone help please?

You're very welcome, Steve.

 

For some reason (and I have no clue why), HP does not include the AMD Chipset drivers for any of their notebooks with AMD hardware.

 

Yet, they include the Intel chipset drivers for all of their notebooks that have Intel hardware.

 

Go figure.
