Pavilion DV6-2010EQ
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an unknown device which Windows cannot find drivers for. I can't figure out what it could be. The more "exotic" peripherals, like the IR remote receiver, are already installed and things appear to work as normal on my computer.

The device is listed as (ISA) 0x00000017 (23) Unknown device.

It is listed as an Unknown device.

It is connected to PCI Express Root Complex.

Resource type/connection is Interrupt request (IRQ).

Anybody has any idea what it could be?

Nevermind, I found it, it is the accelerometer used to stop the hard-drive in case of falls, thumbles and whatnot. It is now listed as HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor. I have no idea if it works with Windows 10 or with any type of hard-drive. None of them were originally on the laptop.
