Hi, I just bought a new pavilion al106tx with i7 7500u and 4gb ram. Is it possible to upgrade to 12gb RAM? And can I upgrade it myself (will this void the warranty?) or should I ask the shop to do it?
Thanks.

What is the complete product name? You left off the first two digits.
