HP Notebook - 14-bw001ur

Hello. In the official specification of my laptop, I did not find the information I needed to upgrade my laptop, namely:

1) Is it possible to expand the RAM? What is the maximum capacity my motherboard can support?
2) Can I add a hard drive? Or do I need to completely change the old one?

Thank you.

1. RAM: It has  4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now, you can upgrade to 16GB max as mentioned on page 1    you can use 2 pieces of  https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct12339901  (as in the book, machine will run at 1866Mhz)

2  STORAGE: No, page 3 shows it ONLY has single storage option therefore you can NOT add. You can replace it 500 GB 5400 rpm SATA using 2.5' SATA SSD such as  https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/sata-ssd/870-evo-1tb-sata-3-2-5-ssd-mz-77e1t0bw/  this will make your run faster.

Regards.

And why is the frequency of RAM 1866, and the current memory module in the laptop, in the factory version, has a frequency of 2400? And you suggest setting 2400. I understand that the frequency of 2400 will be lowered to 1866, but why make such a rare frequency (1866) on the board if there are no modules on the market, and you have to use 2400 modules by lowering the frequency to 1866?

How did you understand that my configuration has 2 slots for RAM modules? In your document, it is written that laptops have both one memory channel and two. And in both configurations there is my factory version. 4096 - MB total system memory (4096x1).
