Hi:

 

Most likely the DDR3 memory either won't work, or you will get a BIOS message reporting you are using the wrong voltage memory and to replace it with the right memory.

 

I don't think you will wreck the PC, but can't say for sure.

 

But I can tell you, it isn't a good idea.
