Hi!..I have been provided with B&O play.When I am playing a song, the volume gets decreased..I found all the settings to be proper..What else I can do ???....

Hi,
No other settings I've heard of - if the driver recommended on the document I linked to didn't correct the issue, you could try the latest driver listed for your notebook below.

Regarding the audio quality/volume, the only suggestion I have would be to experiment with the setting in the B&O graphics equalizer settings and see if you can get it to sound more as you want.
