My wireless card is dead and I am paranoid about buying a new wireless card for my computer. This paranoia comes from being a college student whose semester starts next week. I found this wireless card and just want to make sure this would work for my laptop since the device manager and internet aren't really helping me find out much about my current dead card.

Another of my concerns comes from the fact that the only result I find for my current card comes from
https://www.amazon.com/Broadcom-BCM94321MC-BCM4321-802-11n-Wireless/dp/B00A2G4ZN0
I have no confirmation this is my current card though but that card is a different shape than like the majority of other cards I am seeing.
