Webcam and microphone not working after windows 10 upgrade. The internal webcam is "cyberlink". The device manager says the webcam is working normally. The driver is "cyberlink webcam virtual driver".
I have replaced the driver but no luck.
There is a message in the driver events that says "Device ROOT\MEDIA\0000 requires further installation". What can i do next.

Problem fixed. I pulled the shroud loose around the screen and pressed on the little plug next to the webcam. It didn't look loose but i guess it was. Camera works now.
