HP Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was just becoming familiar with my new HP Pavilion Notebook, and I checked out the HP Support Assistant. It indicated that there were 6 updates for the device and 2 messages. When I clicked on the updates, all I got was the small rolling circle which continued for a long time, with nothing apparent being downloaded (unless, of course, it is just a huge update, and I didn't leave it long enough. I left it for quite awhile, however.) All of my Windows updates are current.

Any advice would be appreciated, because now the white question mark in the round blue circle in the taskbar has two vertical lines in orange on it. Thanks for any help or advice.

Hi,

Please do not click all 6, try one by one. I think download manager from HPSA needs some fixes.

Regards.

Thanks much. I just had to go one step further by installing the updates in a different order. One update in the middle seemed to be the problem, but once I installed the ones below it, it installed with no problem.

Appreciate the help!
