Pavillion X360 HD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a Pavillion X360 HD which I love so far...  However, I wanted to look at the photos and inserted the SD card and the dfrve is not showing.  If I attach the camera with the USB cord, I can open the file.

How do I get the SD card slot to read?

Hi,

Try installing card reader driver from your HP support page

If you can get another SD card adapter, try with that.

Thank you.

I did install the card reader driver and it still isnt working.    I was hoping not to have to get another device to use and lug around with me.  Being disabled I try to make things as streamline and easy as I can.

Thanks again for your quick response

have a great day

No I didn't suggest you to get another SD card. I just wants you to get another SD card adapter to then try putting SD card in it and plug in into your laptop.

Yes, I understood what you meant.  If that is my only option, then I will.  I was hoping not to since it is a brand new laptop and it has the reader slot already.  One reason I got it.

Again, thank you!

You're very welcome.

Did you have any success with this?  Also, what was the storage size on your card?  For some reason mine won't read my 64gb cards but has no problem with 32gb and less.
