What is the most IDEAL method to operate/maintain each of these notebooks??

(leave plugged in 24/7  --  unplug, drain, recharge monthly  --  something else?)

What is most IDEAL operation method (for COMPUTER mechanism)?

(ie: plug in only when using, then drain; leave plugged in 24/7; etc)?
