Hi,
I need to upgrade my Compaq Presario cq60 - 219tu laptop's processor for a faster one. Is it possible ? If so, what are the compatible processors with this model ?
Thanks

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
http://www.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02985882.pdf
Since your notebook has an Intel Celeron processor, most likely it has the GL40 chipset.
With that chipset you are limited to installing Intel processors with a max FSB of 800 MHz.
According to the manual, the best you could do would be the T5900.
I have zipped up and attached below a free utility that will show you the chipset your notebook has.
If by some miracle it is a GM45 or PM45, then you could go as high as the T9600.
