will i have to change the motherboard to put in a graphics card and whats a better video card to use 

because i have a intergrated  one on my elitebook 8460p and whats the best motherboard to use because i want to do light gaming

Yes, you will have to change the motherboard and you will have to buy a new license for W10 because to Microsoft a new motherboard = needing a new product key.

 

You would also need to buy the heat sink required for the notebooks with the Intel/AMD switchable graphics configuration.

 

I would consider it throwing good money after bad replacing the motherboard in such an old PC.

Also, the supported motherboards for your notebook have no W10 drivers for the AMD/Intel switchable graphics, so the graphics won't work right.

 

it will be worse than it is now after you spent a whole lot of money for nothing.

 

Buy a new notebook.
