how i can change or remove hp client security password?

Hi,

 

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

 

Could you elaborate on what kind of password you need to remove ?

 

When you start HP Client Security Manager, it asks for the Windows password for the admin account password - this is your Windows account password.

 

If you have enabled drive encryption OR (and) if you have enabled preboot authentication, you will need to enter the authentication password which is by default your Windows account password (the account that configured the protection).

My windows admin account password is not working when i enter it during while starting the Hp Client Security.
