after ı upgrade my win8.1 to win10 ı got this driver problem.

1. USB\VID_1B71&PID_3002

2. ACPI\INT33A0\0

 

ı could not find any driver for them. before ı recovery my laptop (it was win 10) ı could use 1. one. but after recovery and upgrade to win 10 ı cant use it.

 

pls help me

Hi, @mahmutcoko :

 

The first device you posted is not part of your PC. 

 

It is a USB EasyCap DC60 Video Capture Adapter.  You will need to install the driver from the disk you received with the device.

 

The 2nd ID you posted needs this driver...

 

This package provides the Intel Smart Connect Technology driver forsupported notebook models running a supported operating system. TheIntel Smart Connect Technology driver enables the system to resumefrom sleep mode and update supported web applications such asemail. The system enters sleep after the update is completed.
