I understand that you are facing issues with the battery not charging. 

 

Are you facing this issue after an update on the computer?

Can you please help me with the exact product detail.

 

Please follow the below troubleshooting steps :

 

1. Disconnect the AC power adapter cord, remove the battery, and hold the Power button for 30 seconds. This will discharge the notebook's system capacitors.

2. Connect the AC adapter to a working power outlet or surge protector and connect it to the notebook.

3. Press the Power button to turn on the notebook.

 

Check if the issue is resolved.
