I all honesty, there is no way anyone can accurately estimate this value.

Why?

Because there are several activities that are very demanding of laptop resources, one of them being Streaming.

So, if you are using WiFi do to video streaming, then a routine 8-hour rating could easily drop a LOT, to maybe 4 hours or less.

The second most demanding task is simply having the screen at full brightness.  So, if you are using WiFi to casually browse a website and only reading text, not watching video, but have the brightness all the way up, then that 8 hours could be more like 6 hours.  If you reduce the brightness, you should get more battery life.

But the bottom line is no one can provide you any kind of accurate estimate of battery life for using WiFi.
