Dear expert, please tell me what WIFI module can be used in my 15-ay042ur laptop to speed up wireless communication. And also whether it is possible to buy a board for installing DVD ROM. I would like to use this module to install another solid-state drive. Thanks in advance.

Please see Manual: Page 7, 8, 35, 36
If only 1 antenna is currently present in your laptop for WLAN module, which I suppose it is most probably, you cannot take advantage of dual band cards listed in your Manual unless you disassemble whole laptop to built the second antenna (Page 39 for part number) into it yourself. Alternatively you can buy this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00MRVJY1G/ref=psdcmw_13983791_t1_B073JHHNJ9
You can put in optical drive, Page 49, 58, buy these
Optical drive board: 855007-001
Optical drive (DVD+/-RW Double-Layer SuperMulti; includes bracket and bezel): 858505-001
If you want to put in 2.5 inch SATA SSD (Page 60-62), you have to buy:
Hard drive connector board: 817878-001
Hard drive brackets: 859516-001 (non-ETB)
Hard drive cable: 855003-001

Dear expert, I asked you about the possible installation of a WIFI module regardless of the number of antennas. The fact is that I read on the Internet about the inconsistency of some WIFI modules with the motherboard chipset. WIFI Modules Intel 3165NGW or Intel 9260 NGFF with my laptop compatible?
Thank you.

If you only have one antenna then no point in discussing motherboard compatibility unless you are going to install a second antenna. But to answer your question, both these cards are compatible as long as you run Windows 10.
