Hi!!! My hp af010nr battery started acting funny, so I decided to trun a status check on the battery and it said failed and gave me an error code RUSPHO-7JM8G9-MFGJMG-COCS03.
Please what do i do? My battery life suddenly crumbled and my system goes off at 48% and doesnt come on again.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello slimtom,
Incase your Laptop is within ONE year from the purchase Date , Please contact HP.
HP will replace the battery for you. If no, then you will have to buy one.
Update BIOS and calibrate the Battery again. If it gives you the failure ID, replace it .

As per the your unit specifications, it has 3-cell 31WHr 2.8Ah lithium-ion polymer battery

Replacemnt Part number : 807956-001
3-cell, 31-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery
This part is not in stock with HP as of now, hence recommend you try online.
