HP PROBOOK 450G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear community,

I come here to ask your advices. Yesterday i boot my HP PROBOOK 450 G2 as usual, but some keys on my keyboard are not working. I didn't install or uninstall a program.

Here the keys wich are not working : "F9" "equal" "suppr" "page up" "left arrow" "right arrow".

I have run diags on the boot screen wich give me a failure ID wich is GPNE01-75C871-CD7WMF-G03303.

This is what i have tried to fix it :
- uninstall the keyboard, reboot laptop.
- update BIOS.
- update HP HOT KEY program.
- virus scan with AVIRA -> nothing found.
- malware scan with MALWAREBYTES -> nothing found.

I'm afraid it can be an hardware problem... If you have a solution for me, it will be very apreciated !

Thank you
