Hi:

 

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates support for M.2 SATA SSD's, but there is no procedure to remove or replace one.

Looking at the replacement procedure to get to the memory, I would have to say that if there is a M.2 slot, you would have to remove the motherboard, which would involve a lot of work.

 

It would be a whole lot easier to just replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD, which would perform just as well as a M.2 SATA SSD, and that still is going to be a pretty hard project.
