Hi, want to upgrade my notebook HP 15-AY012DX and can't find information are there any mSATA or m.2 slot in it? Or I just need to buy ordinary SATA 2.5 SSD?

As soon as I seen these videos I remembered that I did not like this particular design!!!

Click on SSD.
You can only have a SSD or regular SATA.
Sorry.
They take up the same bay.

Just a regular M.2 SATA.
M.2 SATA-3 configurations |
Your manual here.

Look at pages 2,7,10,14,17.
Let me see if I can find you some videos.

This is a warning only: before going out to buy M.2 SSD, pleas check your machine first and search this forum because MANY HP 15-ay*** laptops with Single hard drive configurations DO NOT have M.2 slot.
Regards.
