I'm wanting to upgrade the memory on my laptop, but can't even figure out how to get the bottom off after I take out all the screws.
A. What am I missing?
B. Can I upgrade the memory?

Hi there:
That is not going to be an easy DIY thing. Whole board has to be taken out for the upgrade. It'll void warranty, so I suggest you contact HP service center for it.
Go through page 69 in the Manual.
4gb RAM can be replaced with 8gb stick of exact SAME configuration as given in the manual.
