Hi tinkerstoys,
According to the document quickspecs:
http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04834941.pdf?ver=9
"Four (4) dedicated drive slots, two (2) M.2 slots, and two (2) 2.5”drive bays."
I hope that helps !
Can I ask you a favor ?

Look my problem is I bought a G3 with an 1tb drive with oem Win 7 on it and a second SSD drive that the sell installed Win 10 that was working fine. Now I have only Win 7 on both drives and I have no idea what happen. The Win 10 SSD drive now has a old windows folder on it. Seems to have been down graded to Win 7.
