When day when i went to lower the volume via the keyboard it did not work. So i then tried to lower the brightness and that also did not work. I have come to the conclusion that the top bar of my keyboard which has all the commands dor brightness,volume,etc.. is not working and I don't know why

I reviewed your post and understand that the keyboard top row is not working.

 

I’d love to help!

 

You need to hold the FN key on the keyboard and then use the brightness and the volume keys on your keyboard.
