I deleted my recovery partition, and now my PC is stuck on a blue screen after typing the password, I tried troubleshooting and I don't see any startup option, but reset is requesting for backup and recovery device. What should I do?

My screen is blue and it says recovery your PC device needs to be repaired the operating system couldn't be loaded because of required file is missing or contains errors file Cea.sys error code 0xc000007b i tried hard reset... Nothing...
