Hi,
In our office we work with two different types of docking stations, one of which is the HP 3001pr Port replicator. These work fine, but when an employee switches between the two different types (either during the day or overnight) sometimes connection problems occur. I suspect this has to do with the network ports installed in the dockingstation.
We only use wireless connections at the office, so we do not need active network ports on the docking stations. Is it possible to disable these completely or would we have to disable them manually on every laptop?
Best regards

No, because when each time a computer connects the docking station gets the computer configuration.

Hi @Tardis40,
My apolagies for my late reply.
As said, there is no Ethernet connected to the dockingstation, but still the network settings are changed when connecting a laptop to it. So I repeat my question if it is possible to disable the network port altogether to see if it solves the problem.
Any other explenation for this issue is also welcome.
Best regards
