Hello
I have an issue with my laptop.
Whenever I right click on any file icon my laptop freezes.
I have seem other HP users had similiar issues with Widows 8.
I have Windows 10 Home, I'm a newbie so not sure how to handle this.
Please help

Welcome to the HP Forums!
I noticed your post that your Notebook is freezing when you right click. I am happy to look into this for you!
What is the product/model number of your Notebook? How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number? Example: HP Pavilion 17.
For now, perhaps the steps in this post will help. It is for Windows 8, but the instructions will work on Windows 10.
