thanks for the answers
I removed the hard-disk, changed it for another, but that did not help
due to the changing of the hard-disk, the operating system got one step further, and i was able to re-format the hard-disk and restore the operating system
now the system is working again with the same hard-disk

Hi! @Casevancouver, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you are unable to boot into your PC.
Since you have already ran diagnostics and since it failed with a failure ID.
It indicates it is a hard drive issue.
Please contact HP for service options.

Hello Casevancouver,
The failure id indicates hard disk failure.
Depending on the warranty status you may contact HP Tech support @ 1-800-474-6836.
If it is having the M.2 SSD, then that needs to be replaced.
Thanking you for choosing HP,
Regards,
Ashok
