Product: ProBook 4730s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am replacing the HD in my laptop.  Since mine did not come with a DVD, I am looking for an original HP DVD to reinsatall Windows 7 (64) and all the HP software that came with it originally.  I'm not expecting a disk for free, but I do want HP OEM.  Thanks

If you live in the USA/Canada, call HP at this number and order a set of recovery disks... 1-800-334-5144.

 

Have the serial number of the notebook handy to give to the customer services rep.

I keep getting rerouted and cut off.  Is there an easier way? I'm just a private owner that purchased a refurb business laptop.  Now they want me to contact my sales person, etc.  I just want to purchase a set of software DVD's.  Thanks

None that I know of via HP.

 

I have called that number for years, and never had an issue getting recovery disk sets for my HP business notebooks and desktop PC's.

After 4 more calls, I was able to talk to someone that didn't transfer me.  I have a USB drive on the way!  Thank you again for the phone number!
