I just purchased the HP spectre 360 (15 inch screen) with 16 GB and I7 process. I purchased the active stylus stylet actif pen. The directions say you simply put the pen to the screen press or tap and it will begin working. Well it hasn't. I have googled everything, the driver is installed, I calibrated the screen. My finger works to write, but the pen does nothing.
What can i do to trouble shoot the issue? Yes, before anyone thinks i am a complete moron, I purchased a new battery.
