I understand that you are wondering if your HP c700 computer can be changed to Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I am happy to look into this for you! 

 

Yes this computer can support the 64-bit version. You will just need to reinstall the 64-bit version. Make sure to back up your files first.
