Hello,
i recently bought the HP spectre x360 but i'm having quiet some trouble using it.
the computer heats up alot and there is a low sound of the computer's processor running in the background.
Could anyone help to solve this problem please?

Great understanding and fabulous description of the issue before posting. Kudos to you on that score. You are a valued HP customer and it is paramount to assist you here. I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you.
For better clarity and to assist you better, I would require more information regarding this:
- Please let me know the complete model# or product# of the unit to help you better.
- Did you try updating the bios?
- Did it happen after a windows, software or driver update?
- Does it freeze or shut down randomly?
- Does the fan make a loud noise?
For starters Please perform all the prescribed steps from this link: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01657439
Please try all the steps from this link also: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01007591
Then please update the bios, chipset and graphics drivers from this link: http://hp.com/drivers and check if the situation is corrected. If this does not fix the issue please contact HP phone support to get the unit serviced.
They will definitely do a good job of it.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number, Case number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty should take care of it for you.

Please follow the sites in the links. If that does not fix the issue, then please contact Hp phone support as the issue could be hardware related.
